Dan is the lead tax services partner for the Firm’s insurance clients and is responsible for the execution and delivery of tax consulting and compliance services.

Dan has significant expertise in taxation of traditional property & casualty insurance companies, life insurance companies, and captive insurance companies. Specific areas of concentration include: Federal & State tax compliance, FAS 109 financial statement reporting, and SSAP 10 financial statement reporting; Fin 48 compliance; captive insurance company structuring.
